April marks C-Section Awareness Month, what better month to start to change your C-Section recovery story?

Healing isn’t linear and no 2 C-Section recoveries will never feel the same to anyone else, both physically or emotionally. We all think about our scars differently. Scars look different on or bodies too. That’s because we are unique. Our bodies are different for one another and so are we.

So the first step is to ask yourself how are you feeling about any symptoms you might be experiencing, the scars appearance, your relationship to your body and how you would like to feel about those things moving forward?

📏Stop comparing yourself and your recovery to anyone else’s. I mean it. Comparisonitis is not helpful. Your C-Section could have been days, weeks, months or 20 years ago, it’s never EVER too late to make changes.
