You will receive:
- 1 x 50 minute bespoke virtual video appointment showing you how to care for your scar. We can discuss tips on how to massage your scar and what products to use on your scar too support healing.
- During your consultation we will discuss which specialist scar product would suit you best. The preferred option will be posted directly to you. (Included in the price)
- A downloadable C-section Recovery Journal to help you track your recovery, both emotionally and physically.
- Pre-arranged weekly catch up calls for 4 weeks.

You will receive personal support during the next 4 weeks, which will include bespoke advice on how to care for your scar to ensure you have the best recovery possible.
You will receive:
- WhatsApp support with Rebecca Ayres, founder of C-Section Reconnection.
- C-Section Reconnection Wellbeing Kit delivered to your home address.
- 2 x 1-1 Virtual Video Appointments (approx. 60mins) with a demonstration on how to care for your scar and answer your recovery questions.
