Hi! I'm Rebecca Ayres, often known as Becki. 

About Me, The Journey So Far

My journey as a therapist began after my own experience with ill health. Facing the challenges of recovery ignited a deep passion for understanding the body and its incredible capacity for healing. In 2003, I became a holistic therapist, specialising in chronic pain and scar therapy. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients in their healing journeys, helping them navigate recovery, stress, and burnout.

Through my work, I’ve learned that healing is never just about the physical. It’s about reconnecting with yourself on every level. Whether it’s addressing the emotional, mental, or environmental factors that impact well-being, I approach each client with a holistic perspective.

Having experienced three burnouts myself, I understand how essential it is to slow down, listen to your body, and make small, aligned changes. These steps might seem simple, but they’re the foundation for transformation. From there, healing flows naturally into all areas of life.

My approach is deeply personal, rooted in listening to your body, your story, and the wisdom you already hold. There’s no one-size-fits-all method here, only a process that is as unique as you are.
