What can the card be used for?
Our physical and digital gift cards can be used to purchase treatments, packages, scar creams, scar gels and products. You can choose to send your gift card digitally (via email), or as a physical card (via post). Either way, the card will contain a unique code that can be redeemed against a treatment or treatment packages online or in clinic.
Suitability
Before purchasing a gift card, please check our opening hours here to make sure the times available are suitable for the recipient. This is your responsibility as refunds will not be given, if the recipient cannot attend during the available appointment times.
e-Gift Cards
e-Gift Cards are processed automatically and you can expect them in your inbox within a few minutes of placing your order. If you are having trouble locating your e-gift card please remember to check your junk folder. If you have any further issues with this please feel free to contact us for assistance.
How long is a gift card valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Physical Gift Cards
If you wish to purchase a physical gift card rather an e-gift card please be aware that these are posted Monday to Friday and posted via Royal Mail First Class. Orders placed during the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Can I cancel the gift card for a refund?
You have 14 days to cancel your gift card payment, provided the voucher has not been redeemed against a treatment. If you’d like to cancel your gift card, please contact us quoting the voucher code, your name and the date of purchase.
