Take a mindful moment.

Ask yourself, “Am I being a bully to my body?”

When you think of your body, pay attention to the words you use about yourself.

Are they kind?
Are they helpful?
Are the supportive?
Are they nurturing?

If not, now is the time to break those old thoughts by challenging them.

Take small steps…
1. Become aware of your thoughts 💭
2. Listen to your body, listen hard… it has a lot to share with you.
3. Show your body some love
